2.3.41 config: suggested [PATCH]

Hi,
I noticed that changes in 2.1.41 fs/Config seem to be partially
incorrect. Some usage of "dep_bool" function breaks previous config
behaviour disallowing using some filesystem in modules with write support
(BFS, UFS, SYSV, UDF).
Notice, that according to Documentation/kbuild/config-language.txt in
the clause

dep_bool 'txt' CONFIG_VAR $FOO

if $FOO = m, CONFIG_VAR is forced to "n", no choice (as "m" is not a legal
value for a "bool" variable).

So:
- either documentation (and, consequently, all parsers) should be modified
- or the patch included should be applied...

Notice also, that if CONFIG_VAR variable is defined in dep_* function
it is safer not to compare its value with "n". It breaks xconfig. It is,
obviously, a xconfig bug but probably it will never be fixed...

Regards
   Andrzej
