Oops - 2.2.7ac4 - 2.2.15pre4 ... networking?

After the first oops, the box gets into a oops loop because the
subsequent virtual addresses = 0 ! I've also had the same oops
cause memory to be dumped to the log, apparently trying to do
the trace back...

I've got 3 logs from yesterday alone... This problem just started
happening mid December, but have switched out everything sans the
SCSI card and disks... This happens often, and without a repeatable
pattern (that I've found yet)

Network card:
00:0c.0 Ethernet controller: Lite-On Communications Inc LNE100TX (rev 20)
        Subsystem: Lite-On Communications Inc LNE100TX
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 9
        I/O ports at d800
        Memory at df000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable)
